Question for Silhouette Cameo User-SOLVED

Wondering if anyone has cut the "Heart Bag" design that came with the Cameo - "My Library" - trying to help a friend that got this machine for Christmas - - we got it cut out just fine but cannot figure out how it goes together - just seems like the bottom of bag just doesn't fit. I only have the C and Silver Bullet so Cameo is new to me but not the cutting/creating part of it.

Can you post the Design ID #?

The file will be easier to find in the Sil Store.

It came right on the machine and when you look at it in the library it just says heart bag with no number - Am I missing something - is there some other way to find the id# ? This is the same comment the said when I emailed support..

Problem solved - went back to her house and had her show me exactly what she did - That SOLVED the problem - first thing once she brought file up - she dragged corner to make it bigger but did not select "Keep Proportions " so that was the issue..
