SCAL 2 - Shapes Library

Post by wvcathy »

Is there a way to add designs to your Shapes Library - i.e. adding primitive stars or primitive hearts for example ?
Just so they are handy within your mat when creating something rather than having to search thru your designs files

Thanks in advance -

In Scal2 there is a feature called "Lib it Up". You can get the download on CE's download page. It allowed you to create your own library (but not add to their basic shapes). I found it little cumbersome to use and was better off putting designs in a folder on my computer and just continuing to access from that folder.

In SCAL3/eCAL, you can put your folder of designs in the "My Designs" folder that sits in the CraftEdge folder within your documents folder. The designs can then be seen right within SCAL3/eCAL.

Hope this helps.

Great info - thanks - I was wondering how that Library worked - I will continue saving that way as well.

Thanks again,
Cathy
