Question on File Type

Wondering if someone can tell me....

I found a design that I love - but it does not come in .svg - just comes in AI ( do not have Adobe Illus) GSD, WPC -- I must say --- I have not had any luck with Inkscapes either - just in the process of changing jobs - moving do not have the time to spend really -- anyone have real quick and easy notes - words of wisdom - seems like I even have trouble importing a design into inks ... but I really want the file - so willing to purchase it - if someone can make this sound easy enough for me . . . to get it to sink in . . .

Some of her newer files do come in .svg so I am hoping for another reply from her - saying she will convert it . . . keeping fingers crossed...

Any help appreciated.
