I have sent several emails and Im not getting a response. Is that normal for Craftedge suppport?

From my own experience, the response time varies considerably depending on the issue. One thing that can help is if the issue happens to be something I can verify myself and submit more details and screenshots, as needed.

So, start with this:

(1) What exact version of SCAL are you on (please don't just say SCAL4... the exact version is important to know)?

(2) What computer operating system are you on?

(3) What cutter (brand and model) do you own?

(4) What is the issue... lots and lots of details please?
