Make sure you have the latest update installed from here

All cutting with the Explore models must be done through their Design Space software.

You can use Sure Cuts A Lot to make the design and export as a compatible SVG to use in Design Space as shown here

Support for the CAMEO 3 was added in version 4 of Sure Cuts A Lot.

The main difference between eCAL and SCAL is the cutting machine support where eCAL is only for the Sizzix eclips machines. Other than that, the main design functionality is the same.
SCAL can export as FCM files for the ScanNCut.

There is a Font Table window (Window menu -> Font Table) that shows available basic characters for the current font selected. For a more extensive character map, you would need to use version 4 of Sure Cuts A Lot. If you need to cut with your Cricut, you can use version 4 to make the design and send...
