Craft Edge

I decided to venture deeper into lesson one and try and convert a regular image into inkscape. Everything went well except when I hit trace bitmap, not all the pieces were separated. Some showed up as one piece when they should have been two. Is there an easy fix or shouldI get another image. TIA
