Craft Edge

Wow....I already got a reply from Craft Edge! I guess they do indeed use the poly-bags for their software packaging. They asked me for my purchase receipt and serial number and said they could send a replacement right away. Now THAT is customer service!!

Yes....I emailed them and they the damage must have been caused in transit and that they didn't do returns. But they DID say they were "sorry" it was damaged . I sent of an email as you suggested to craftedge. I'll let you know what I hear back. THANKS!!

I received SCAL software today that I ordered from mycricutbuddy.com. The disc is scratched and the case is broken. I don't know if it was damaged in transit or not.
