I need advice on just getting the outline of this twister...when i import it, it gives me all the "scribble in" lines that the creator used to fill it in...I just need the outline. I have tried weld and union, but cannot seem to figure it out!

I am wanting to make some vinyls for a charity womens motorcycle group and need help! I would like only the Dangerous Curves squares like the ones on the ends. Maybe just the letters of the middle portion in case...
