I am curious as well....the mention of 2.024...I went to the downloads and the file is back to 2.012.....any idea what happened to 2.024?

Pardon this post if I am misunderstanding what you want...but I think what you want to use is your "Picture" toolbar....first bring in your background, then bring in your jpeg drawing (or whatever you are using)...if you need to center it or move it around click on it and go to the Picture...
