I am using scale. I need to have two layers. One on top of the other. With the top one being smaller so you can see the bottom layer. I think I need to weld the bottom letters then I am lost

I can't figure it out. I need:
NO MERCY

TEAM
About 12" high, with smaller letters inside it. I can't figure out how to do it. I know it has to do with welding. Any suggestions

Cutting words with in an oval
I need to do an oval, then an oval around that with a space between them(?). So the shirt will show thru the two ovals. Then within in the solid oval I need the word SPLINTERS. Any clue on how to do this. I have a couple aprons to do this on and I have no clue how. Can someone help me out please>

Can someone help weld and layer
I am trying to do a window decal for my son. He wants it 2 colors. I need ALLIS CHALMERS in like Ariel text. But I need the back ground to be white and the top layer to be orange. I can weld it, but then when I go to layer them on the window nothing lines up right. I need it to be about 2" tall...

Sizzix or Cuttle bug
Which one should I get to emboss paper and such for cards. The Sizzix or the Cuttle bug. Which one do you like and why. I am just starting out and don't want something bad but also don't want to spend a lot of money. Any tips and suggestions. Thank you in advance.
