what would you suggest to use for searching? I tried '3 x 5 box' and nothing came up

I have tried numerous time to multi cut through a cereal box. Every time the cuts are not in the exact same place and it is useless. I called PC and they had me do some reset and it still doesn't work. I have even tried on magnetic sheets and have the same problem.
