I opened the svg in Inkscape and it looks as if there unconnected lines/intersections that need connected. Hope this helps in the problem

Hum, never thought of that before but you can pull up lets say just the svg part of the board and make it a shortcut for you desktop and each time you open it through the desk top it will open up just the svg's that has posted ...
