I am using SCAL 3 pro. Cutter is US CUTTER MH series. I haven't looked at US CUTTER forums. Perhaps that should be my best bet.

Thanks for the reply. I also installed this same scal on laptop with vista, and the zoom feature work fine. the pc that has the zoom problem is a desktop with windows 7. would anyone suggest deactivating/removing/and reinstalling. or is this what I have to live with windows 7?

I am new to forums, so I hope I am in the correct area. If I select the zoom+ button and box in the area of the image that I want to zoom, it zooms in WAY more of the image that I selected with the drag box. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have scal pro.
