Craft Edge

I have the same issue. I really need to use BT on SCAL5, but can't make it connect to the PC.
Is there no way to actually contact a support person at CraftEdge for possible answers? I sent the form in a day or 2 ago, but so far, crickets.

I am trying to use the Cricut Personal Cutter and SCAL 4Pro, but can't get it to cut.

Well, one last try.. Any idea of when the export plugin for X8 will be released? It's been over a year, and I'm sure I am not the only person who used it heavily.
