Hi
I have updated to 4.058 and beginning to wish I hadn't - every time I select preview - and I use it a lot - I cannot get out of the preview and continue working - the only solution is to close down the program
Please can someone tell me how to solve this

HI there Little confused by your post - what is your scal set to cut as WISIWIG OR ORIGIN POINT OR CENTRAL ?? If it is set to Origin point it should start cutting from the right hand corner point of the design no matter where the object is set on the mat ! Look carefully at the cutting dialog box - ...

So a few questions Which software are you importing the file into to use for cutting - it may be SCAL in which case which version are you using and is it on a windows or mac ? Also when you say it only cuts the outside of the group where else are you expecting it to cut ? Can you post a jpeg or the ...

Great suggestions made already - just to check what software are you using to cut with ? Does is have a setting to allow repeat cuts / passes of the file?
Might be worth checking to see it is set on only 1

Fascinated to hear how cutting tissue paper was - can't begin to imagine how you can use a sticky mat - and get it off again in one piece - perhaps if it is small it might work
