Craft Edge

I upgraded my PC to Windows 10, 32 bit. Re-installed SCAL5 and libcutter. Same problem, still leaving parts of rectangle uncut. The design cannot get any more basic than inserting one of SCAL's own shapes. Don't know what else to try.

I'm going to try to upgrade my PC to Windows 10 to see if that makes a difference. Waiting on new USB to download W10 iso file to prior to installation.

I just downloaded the latest version of SCAL5 (5.056) and libcutter plugin. Same problem, gaps in cuts. I've submitted two requests for help to Craft Edge but no response to either request.

I uninstalled and re-installed libcutter again. I'm still having the same problem with it leaving parts uncut. A while ago I filled out the form to submit a question to Craft Edge about it, but still no response from them.
