scal 2 is that what im doing wrong?

Help! lol Im new to this and love this file but when I imported it into scal2 and preview cut it only cuts the square border and odd lines here and there. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks, all seems confusing at the moment but when it arrives and I get to play hopefully it will all fall into place
