Circle Border

Don't worry ladies and gents...there are only two pieces to the file cuz all the cutout will be on the mat and the outline is the border. This way, you won't have worry about pasting a lot of small pieces in place. However, you might want to use repositional adhesive.

great file to use for dh's military pages
how did you do that top layer? I did it once in inkscape, but can't figure out how to do it again.
would appreciate any help, thanks!

Traced the bitmap.
Duplicated the trace.
Break Apart one of the traces
Combined the Inside and the outside circle, then removed all the little pieces.
Used the other trace as the outline.

there is an easier way to do it. I did it before with just 2 clicks---just can't figure out which ones

. it has something to do with the lines........I'm determined to figure it out. will post that info if I ever do figure it out.
