Craft Edge

Just playing around with the new features of SCAL2 004.

I created this in Ink .47, imported into SCAL2.004 on my Mac.

I can "break apart" so that if you don't like the notched boarder you can delete it and make a solid square.

I can upload it to the forum simply by deleting the 2 of the extension so that .scut2, becomes .scut. I'm pretty sure SCAL1 won't open it.

Take a look, try it out and let us know if it works all across the various OS's. I can't try it without posting this so we will all find out together.

This is a neat file! When I downloaded it and double-clicked the file, SCAL opened up but the file would not. So, I opened it in SCAL2 and it worked fine!

Nice file, very interesting and different. Wonder if you could turn the blade upside down and emboss this pattern in thin metal sheets. Might really look like tinpunch.

Scut files don't work by double-clicking. Not sure why, it's always been that way, that you have to open SCAL first and then open the scut file.

Kay, I have no idea whether this would work, but an interesting idea. if you try it I'd like to see how. I just loved the idea of a tin punch look. I cut it as is tho and it worked nicely. Of course this was before all the updates to SCAL!
