Coffee Mug Card

I am new to this but I was hoping that somebody could help me find a coffee mug card like the one seen in this picture. I love this idea and would like to make these but have no idea how to do it. Thanks for your help.

Here are a couple of posts on the forum. You can use the Search button in the upper right hand corner to look for more related posts.
I found these by putting the word mug in the search.
