Please HELP with rotating background pattern :)

Hi Dear folks,
I need to rotate a design to be able to fit 2 designs but the background pattern does not rotate with the design! Gosh, this has to be a simple, but can't
figure it out!

First off, when you launch SCAL, what exact version number appears? As I recall this might have been a bug way back when SCAL5 was new. The current version is 5.078 for PC version and 5.074 for Mac version.
If you're on the latest version and you still have this issue, a video would be very helpful showing the Layers panel with the appropriate layers selected and then the result as you rotate. This might be something I need to get reported.

Can you elaborate a little more? what exactly happens?
