Proportion

can someone tell me where the proportion button have been experienced?

Ok, I don't get it. Why is this message pushing copyright limits? I don't understand the second sentence of the post. I interpret the first sentence to mean that the person wants to keep all pieces of a design in proportion to each other before saving or cutting. Or to resize a design while keeping horizontal / vertical directions in proportion. IF that is correct, why is the question wrong? Maybe it doesn't belong in tutorials, but it would be a learning type of question.

Apologies if it means something completely different.
