Only part of image displaying & cutting

I'm trying to make some stencils, cutting and etching mylar. I have no idea why this one file of mine is having this issue, but I have a layer of graphics that I want to etch, and some other layers that I cut. For whatever reason when I go to the cutter menu to etch, there are only a couple tiny shapes from that layer that show up in the preview and those are the only ones that actually etch. The rest just don't display, and don't etch. You can see in the attached screen shot all the graphics in the file, and visibility is turned on for all of them, but when you look at the preview on the right, only a few dots show. What am I doing wrong? I've cut using this file many times, and many others just like it, and suddenly it's not working...help!

If you select your design back in the main window of SCAL and then click on the Style Panel, does it have Cut selected? Or Draw?
