Craft Edge

I have been working on this forever and either the lines are to thick and it cuts like it is outlined twice, or the lines are too choppy. I would like to use this in a decal that I am making for my grand daughter but just cant seem to get it right. This is going to be cut out of a circle piece of vinyl that will go on her window ..any help would be very much appreciated.
