Help! After successfully using SCAL5 with my Cameo 4 for several months I am now receiving a slash mark through all of my cuts. I have tried everything I can think of to resolve the problem.

Windows 10 64 bit
SCAL5 version 5.056
Cameo4

Does anyone have recommendations of things I can try? I assume it thinks I do not have the product registered, however, the software tells me that it is.

I need you to do a test.

(1) Reboot your computer.
(2) Open SCAL and place a single large square (say 3 or 4 inches in size) in a new file.
(3) Cut that (or draw it if you have a test pen for your Cameo 4).
(4) Take a photo and post the results.
