Text key and welding

Post by dmarschall »

I am having trouble using the keyboard to input letters. Sometimes it works and then it quits. Not sure what I am doing that is different. Also, welding with group/ungroup when I have more than one line of text. When I copy it so I can do a shadow it does not have it welded together like the final version I copied on the screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

And a note to those unhappy with this upgrade...You purchased a product and received that program. You aren't required to purchase this upgrade...Your original purchase is still functional and as represented. Please quit complaining which has to be discouraging to Todd. Thanks for providing such a functional product and also being available to your customers. You're appreciated Todd!

I'm having that problem also, I think that is one of the "bugs" in SCAL 2. I was told that Todd is working on fixing the bugs.

Can't help you with your question but I wanted to say ditto on your second paragraph! Well put. We all paid the price for version 1 whether it was one day ago or one year ago. No one's forcing anyone to upgrade, version 1 still works great.
Thanks from me also Todd!

I also agree we all have paid for the first program I think Todd is going above by offering a free upgrade for those who bought it in the past 30 days.... When ever you buy a program know that tomorrow there will be a better one out there. I bought a top of the line computer a few years ago paid top dollar for it got it home messed with it for a week and guess what a new one hit the market They did not give me the better one because I only had bought mine 9 days before!
