Need a new cutter

I have a 24 inch silver bullet cutter and the customer service is not good there so I am looking for another 24 inch cutter with good customer service does anyone have any recommendations?

Just as I posted above. If you want a GREAT cutter, look at the Skycuts. They cut directly from SCAL4 and 5, as well as from some of the other cutter programs in the vinyl sign market. I love my Skycuts.
