Craft Edge

I was asked if I could possibly cut this out on my cricut. I have scal but the only problem is I just got it and I not the sure how to use inkscape yet. I went to go download it I don't know what one to use. if someone could possible answer that question for me.

I was also wondering if someone could transform this so that it can be cut. We need it for a cousin daughter 15th birthday in a week. I would really appreicate it a ton.
