I needed some flames and I found a Ding font at this site. I did a search and I see some people from our board have downloaded from this site. They have lots of cool stuff.

Have a question on a TTF. I downloaded a doodle ding font (kids baby clothes). I want to trace a dress and save in SCAL 2. so I can cut it.

I have NO idea how to do that. Are you able to help me??? Thanks.

If it is simple enough that you can use it as-is, just install or open the font and use it directly in SCAL. If it needs simplified or separated, use it in Inkscape just like a font. Once the dingbat character is in the file in Inkscape, select it, then from the menu, Path/Object to path. Sandee, where did you get the Doodle Ding font? I looked on the DeviantArt site & then googled it & couldn't find the right one.

Hi I'm new to all this and love these fonts, I need instruction on where to send the download. I downloaded it and sent it to te svg file and I can't open it. hope you can help and thanks for the fonts

To answer the last question, you'll have to install it as a font to your "font folder" (in Windows, that would be paste to "Windows|Fonts" folder usually), then use it as a font in SCAL. (It's a "dingbat", or font made of photos, often suitable for cutting.)
