Help! I cannot connect my artisitc edge 15x to SCAL Pro 5?

Is their anyone who can assist me with connecting my artistic edge to my sure cuts alot pro 5? I updated my version and i have an artistic edge which i have never used before and I really like this program so I researched and read you can cut with it to the AE. Any help is appreciated. I have searched all over the internet for videos or something to show me because whatever Im doing it apparently wrong. Thanks so much!

I can probably help you. I don't own one but the Artistic Edge is a model that was based on the KNK Zing which I know very well... both made at the same factory in China.

(1) For starters, I'll need more information. For example, did you go to Cutter>MyCutter>Manage Cutters and get the Janome Artistic Edge added?

(2) Are you on a PC or a Mac? Which Operating System?
