Can this product be converted to SVG with Ink Scape?

I have the mac version so I am not sure what formats the PC version comes in, but if it has wmf files they can be opened in Inkscape, ungrouped, color separated, etc., resaved and imported to SCAL. SCAL needs closed paths so some clip art images may need a lot of work to be cut-ready, but it is definitely possible.

Also SVG Factory, a free download at svgfactory.com can do bulk conversions so you can change a whole folder of wmfs to svgs at once. You will still have to take steps to ready them for cutting, though.
