SCAL5 Pro Grey Screen

Hello everyone!

Today 3/5/2020 I downloaded my SCAL5 Pro application on my other computer. I deactivated the program on the original computer, and logged into this new one with the proper credentials. It said success and everything seemed fine until....the load screen turned Grey and now I just get a full grey screen any time I open the application. It will allow me to choose the size of the mat and everything, but as soon as I hit create new project it just goes to a blank grey screen. No tools. No options. No Grid. Nothing....has anyone else experienced this? It is so frustrating I have a HUGE sale coming up, but I can't get my windows finished now! Please someone help me!



What I've tried
-Contacting support
-Deleting and re-installing the app
-Double checked my login and got a copy from the company
-Restarted computer
-Logged in manually


Please help!

Have you "installed" a cutter yet? This is done by going to Cutter>My Cutter>Manage Cutters.
