Hi, I've been checking for updates when using SCAL 5. I select under HELP then, I click on Checking for Updates. I'm at 5.0 Version and then it says "is the current newest version", however, I'm finding out there has been several updates.

I have written per Contact Support for SCAL 5 but never get no response. I can't seem to find a phone number either.

There seems to be a issue with updating and I'm not sure how to go forward. Also Customer Service is something to desire.

Because the Check for Update option does NOT work in SCAL's Help menu, you need to periodically go to the web site below, select the SCAL5 version you purchased, and then download and install. It's fast and easy and doesn't require re-registering. Note that the version number displayed on the page may or may not be the latest (usually it hasn't been updated either!). But the file you download WILL be the most current.
