Go to your Documents>Craft Edge folder and copy/paste the following 2 folders to a different location as a backup: My Designs and My Projects. Then delete any files inside those two folders and try reopening SCAL. If it's fine now, then you know it was one of the files inside one of those two folders. You can try re-adding them based on date.... most likely it's a newer file that triggered this.
