Purchase issues

I have purchased the Sure Cuts A Lot v5 bit I have not received a activation coat or a confirmation email even the payment has been accepted. I tried to email product support but none of the emails work. What have I done wrong

Did you purchase the software from craftedge ? If so i would send them another email and put all your info of when you bought it and Date if payment has been taken from your payment source you used.
