I’m hoping someone here maybe able to help me as I’m a newbie with this software. For the past 5 years I have used the silhouette studio software with a cameo. I have recently upgraded to a silver bullet along with the scal5 pro software.

Question is, I have rebuilt all my designs on this software and when I send to print on my inkjet printers they are fine but when I attempt to print on my laser mono printer the font is pixelated and not good at all. I never had this problem before and all fonts and dimensions are exactly the same.

Am I missing something basic

Picture 1 is on the inkjet all fine and picture 2 is the laser... using exactly the same card as always, half full toner that printed something out earlier unrelated to this and was absolutely fine.

That is truly bizarre! I've never seen this happen in 13 years of using different brands of cutters, various cutting programs, and various printers. I wish I had a suggestion for you, but I'm baffled. If you'd like for me to test print your SCAL file on my laser printer (an HP), I'm happy to try it. In fact, I'll test print on two other printers in case it's not related to being a laser. My email is smccauley45@cox.net.

It arrived in my Gmail so I'll test it out now.

I tested and didn't have any issues with my printers. I sent you an email with a suggestion to possibly try print to PDF.

I'm also newbie to this software .
