My design is cutting too big

I just started using SCAL 5. When I send the design to my cutter (Graphtec CE5000) it cuts twice the size it should. i.e. if I make the design 4 x 4", it cuts it 8 x 8". help

Go to Cutter>Cutter Settings and change the Step Size.
