Craft Edge

Hi Everyone. I'm new to scal 4 and this forum. I've been using silhouette studio design for a long time. When I import a design to studio, i can opt to trace the outline only. When I try to do the same in scal. I either get an empty box or everything has cut lines. Can someone please help as it's very frustrating.

I assume you're using Monochrome mode. Try decreasing the Contrast setting, with the Blackout option still marked. Keep updating the preview until you see the trace line you need. If you cannot get it to work, either post the image you're tracing here or you can email it to me at smccauley45@cox.net (assuming it's not a really huge file).
