How to stop objects locking into position with blue lines

i feel like im losing my mind with this!
Is there any way to turn off objects locking into position with the suggestive blue lines that appear while youre trying to move stuff around other objects on your work surface in scal 4 pro? i've gone through every option i can and haven't been able to find any way of turning that off. any help would be greatly appreciated!
