I got a new computer. I thought we had transferred the files and software I would need. Now that the computer has been reformatted, I realize that I've lost the SCAL software. Whom should I contact?

UPDATE: Just reviewed Sherri's original email when I bought the Silver Bullet. Downloaded and activated the software. Once my husband wakes up, I'll try the machine. I think all is good to go!!!

Craftedge.com as a start. If you have the serial number of the scal program you own that will be enough, else all the information your provided when you joined the forum will suffice.
