Cutting problems with Cameo 3 using Sure Cuts a Lot 4

I'm having an issue where my cameo 3 will not cut the first inch all the way down the right side of the mat. I have the most current version of Sure Cuts a Lot and yes I have all the settings correct as I'm not new to a Cameo or Sure Cuts a Lot. I had the original Cameo with Sure Cuts a Lot 4 and I could do anything I wanted with no problems but now I have nothing but issues. I've emailed Craft Edge multiple times but have still yet to get answers. Can anyone help with this issue?
