Updated SCAL2

hi,
I got a notice saying an update is available for SCAL2 and to come to Craft Edge to get the update. I ordered my SCAL2 on Etsy and received a digital copy and the disk. I do not see the serial number on the inside of the case. What can i do to get the update? I used my SCAL2 all the time. Please help.
