Print2cut

HI, I have a sizzix eclips & just downloaded the latest update to ecal . I have been trying to do a print2cut but when i look at the preview there are no registration marks showing & when I click on print2cut it is showing that the registration marks are n/a . Can anyone give any suggestions please.

The registration marks are automatically generated around the cut outlines.
Make sure you design has vector outline data to cut and not just an imported raster image (bmp,jpg,gif,png).
If that is not the problem, please send a project file (File menu -> Save Project) with your design to
support@craftedge.com so we can see what you are trying to do a print2cut with.
