Hello. I am in the middle of cutting a Rhinestone template. the cutter software has said that the info was sent to the cutter. I clicked ok. Before I clicked ok, The cutter stopped cutting in the middle of cutting my template and says "now is cutting" but its not cutting. what can i do to fix this?

Hi, I have the same problem with my GCC iCraft cutter.
PC says: "data is send to cutter". Then cutter start, but after a few cuts (a few seconds), cutter stops. On cutters display = "Cutting", but nothing is moving. I have to break the 220Volt tension and restart my cutter.
I hope some-one wil find a solution.
PS: I use scal4 on a Windows 7/32bit PC

Just curious if this issue was ever resolved for you? I am having the same problem with El Capitan and SCAL Pro 4.041. It only happens with a 12x12 page that has many objects. I am using a KNK Maxx Air machine on the Mac, but the behavior is exactly the same. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem, it drives me insane!!! but i have a different cutter. Anyone ever figure out how to fix it?

happens on all dimensions. Really to be honest with you, a lot of vinyl is wasted bc the program locks ups and stops cutting quite often.

You need to provide more information when you run into a problem like this because there are different reasons why different cutters will pause during a cut. Please specify which brand and model of cutter you own, which version of SCAL you are using, whether you have a PC or a Mac, if you're in Portrait or Landscape mode, and then the dimensions of the project you are cutting (Width and Height). This will make it easier for others to suggest possible causes.
