SCAL Pro 4 and CorelDraw

I figured I would ask this here since I can't get a response out of support via web or email.
I have CorelDraw X6 and run both 32 and 64-bit versions. I can not get the SCAL plugin to work on both. It works fine in the 64-bit. 32-bit throws an error of Failed to get active document and them just locks up with the SCAL loading window.
I run both because I have some macros that only work on 32-bit, but like some of the better performance I seem to get with 64-bit.
I have experienced this in both the SCAL Pro 3 and 4. I have uninstalled the plugins several times and reloaded. I had sent requested to support back when I experienced it in V3 but never got an answer back then either.
Anyone have a fix?
Sorry to sound sour, but I'm a bit frustrated.
