Optimise Efficient Cutting order in SCAL

Hi SCAL users.
I have recently bought a Silver Bullet which is great and fast, but the cutting order of my files seems VERY inefficient.
With my Silhouette, you can change the cutting order to optimise for either speed/roller movement which is very useful.
Even though the SB is 8x faster, the lack of this feature in SCAL slows to down a lot close to the Silhouette.
Anyone got any solution/scripts to optimise SVGs? I guess it;s the z order when I make it in illustrator?
Sure I can't be the only one to struggle with this!
