How to do a simple Text Wrap?

I would like to have a phrase contained within a square, or text box. I can only get the text on one line and when I drag the corner it changes the size of the text. How do I get it to move around, and remain the same size, within a text box?

What program are you using????? If you are using SCAL .. grab the word by the middle..

I am learning SCAL. I don't understand "grab the word by the middle." When I do that it simply picks up the word. It doesn't contain the text within a box. What am I missing?
