Incremental option for snap-to feature for SCALP 4

Is it possible to tweak the snap to feature on SCALP 4 so it has the same features as SCALP 3? It was awesome to select the increments that I wanted an object to snap to, i.e. 1", 1/2", 1/4" etc.
