Sports Logos....

I'm new to all of this and went and opened my mouth promising some family members Beer Mugs with their favorite sports teams only to find out I can't get a good trace on 3 of them 
I would be beyond grateful if anyone could help me with something for the Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns & New York Knicks.
I thought I was gonna be able to pull off the Falcons logo but I could not get the outer grey area to trace
