I need help i'm using Windows xp a USCutter and Sure Cuts A Lot 3, and for the life of me I can not get it to cut out the letters vertical. I have the mat set right and the text show vertical but when it go and cut it, it cuts the text horizontal. That's no good because I need it to print like a banner. Please help.
Thanks

Can you convert your text to lines? That way it's not reading a font, but just vector cut lines. Dont' know why it's doing that, however. Weird! Good luck.

Version 3.056h doesn't work with the SC cutter either.
I reverted back to version 3.053c
I also noticed 3.053c will NOT open files made with version 3.056h

If I have an issue with it will I be able to uninstall it and re-install my current version ?
Also do I need to install the drivers or just the SCAL Pro update ?

Here is a newer build for USCutter machines
SCAL 3 (Windows)
http://www.craftedge.com/bin/SetupSureC ... _3_057.exe
SCAL 3 PRO (Windows)

You can always re-install an older version. You should not have to install the USB drivers if you previously installed it

It appears you have addressed the cutting issues. I made several test cuts and everything turned out as expected. I will test it today on production runs and followup with you.
The only concern I have is anything created with this version will not open in 3.053c this is not an issue if this version works. However it is if I have to revert back to the older version as I will have to redesign anything I save in 3.057. I am not sure if this is by design or you are fixing a bug in 3.053c.

I have a question regarding this also... I have the new titan 2 and it doesn't give an option to say your machine size and I am wondering why I can't change the orientation in the cut... I have the 28in and I'm making a 35 in piece that obviously won't cut 35 in horizontally so I rotated and switched mat orientation and still loads into cutter with a 35 in horizontal cut... What now??? Someone said to weed and group it??
